BRASS CLOSURE FAQ

We're saddened to announce the closure of our beloved company and want to be as transparent as possible as we wind operations down. Please find our timeline and FAQs below. 

SELLING PERIOD

As of February 2nd, 2024, all products are 40% off site-wide with the following terms & conditions:

  • We cannot accept returns or accommodate exchanges.
  • We cannot provide merchandise credit for returned items. 
  • We cannot offer price adjustments on past orders. 
  • We no longer offer alteration credit.

Our final collection will launch on Monday, February 5th:

Additional information: 

  • We will increase our site-wide discount as we get closer to our final day in operation, March 29, 2024.
  • We encourage you to buy the items you want as soon as possible.
  • We have wholesale partners placing large orders of new and old product and cannot guarantee any sizes or colors will stay in stock for long. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Orders placed on February 2nd and after are FINAL SALE.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item unless proven damaged. No exceptions.
  • For orders placed before February 2nd, please reach out to info@brassclothing for return/exchange help.

THE BRASS EXCHANGE 

  • Will be available through February 28th. After February 28th, all listings will be removed.  
  • As of February 2nd, all sales can be redeemed for cash only. No merchandise credit.
  • You are welcome to buy/sell/trade pre-loved items through The Guild.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Customer service will be available for order help through March 29th.
